I've got a puncture near the center of my rear tyre, I've got a Wrrior Puncture Repair kit so I'll be using that. It's 1 of the worm type kits.

Watched Delboys repair video as I lilke to see things being done rather than just reading instructions.
He said after using them you need to ride like mis daisy, limiting the speed to around 60mph.

There's nothing in the instructions leaflet about this, what do you guys think?
Also, I did try searching threads, but there's so many puncture threads. And the first 6 I read had bugger all to do with speed.

Worm as in sticky string type? I wouldn't worry. Just run it at sensible speeds for a bit until you're sure the repair is a good 'un and then let it rip. Mr. Green Thumbs Up

Plug it, thrash it. I've never had any problems with mine. It's not like it would explode if it leaked anyway. It would just go flat, slowly.

I'm running a rear tyre with a plug in it atm. Never give it a second thought.

I might in the front tyre though - a rear blowout isn't such a big deal.
