Don't you have proper tracks around the place you live? I used to go ''race'' with my mate on the local airfield, there's a small go cart track made out of tyres, the owner let us to ride there for free. Thumbs Up

It was proper fun, I haven't been there since I got the ZX7R, the track is too narrow and the turns are way too sharp for the Superbike handlebars. Thumbs Down

Nothing like the above really. They only tend to let go-kart out on them in the UK. Blame the H&S culture. There's a couple of pitbike series that use go-kart tracks, but that's about it.

Is it really H&S or just the idea that anything fun should cost a shitting ton of money.. making proper track sessions more worthwhile?


Theres the motogymkhana thing up north, Id like to do, but they can fuck right off if they think Im paying £100 or so to ride round some cones in a carpark.
