Hi I own a zzr600. 1995.
I recently replaced the whole gearbox, selector drum and forks. The new gearbox seems okay until I really give it throttle, If I wheelie I get the front up and under power I'll get a sudden 'jerk' like it's almost come out of gear.
. Same thing happens if im in first gear and on high overun and let off the throttle it will jerk-slip. It almost could be clutch slip but it's not smooth. The gearbox itself is a 1991 box and it was mint.

If ridden normally it seems fine. .. but for how long?

I've only done 200 miles on this near New box. .. surely it can't be fooked already?
