Is this real or fake? Surely it can't be possible for your down pipes and end can to get that hot from just revving the bollocks out of your bike.

Yeah they can, especially if there is no wind to cool the exhaust system down Thumbs Up Wink Personally, I don't see the point but each to their own!

Believe it or not I've seen that done on a BMW Boxer twin! Only the down pipes mind, but it was impressive & yes you could light a fag on them!

Some camcorders are rather sensitive to infra-red & the camera could be registering the infra red as white light.
Just think of the sort of flame you'd need to get the end can that hot, never mind the down-pipe.

The guy is being a complete tosser, but it's his money.....
If that motor blew and scattered alloy shrapnel & boiling oil into the crowd, do you think the guy would appreciate being kicked senseless?
If you had a piston miss your head by the thickness of a fag paper you'd be pretty pissed off.
