Well as the title suggests theres a race day on the 7th of August at Oulton Park.

Theres gonna be Hornets, CB500 Cups, Classic Superbikes and loads more stuff and special guests!

It costs £10 on the gate on the day to get in and I'm gonna go along!

So does anyone want to come and join me and make it in to aBCF day out?

There's more information here: https://www.motorsportvision.co.uk/race-calendar/event-detailsop.asp?EventID=103

Or you could just wait until the 12th of spetember and go watch british superbikes, although watching amatuers crash sounds tempting.

Well I'm in for British Superbikes, was great fun last time. R6 cup was a bit yawn worthy but super stock more than compensated Laughing.

Why exactly, the R6 cup is one of the most competitive races you will see, they all have exactly the same bike so its entirely down to skill, plus half of them are nuts.

Precisely, all the same bike, hence the yawnage. You said it yourself that it was a bit dull cus they were all the same so don't start young man Laughing The 'how many times can I get my end up in one lap' wars were funny though!

Certainly sounds like fun and it's not too far away from me (although that doesn't mean I won't need to follow someone there!)

I'm still undecided Craig.

Mcjam is working and really shouldn't skive because he will need money for our trip to France Very Happy

I will ponder and see how the week pans out, at the moment it's 50/50.

(Did you see Laconi crash in the Superbikes today Craig? I bet you got stung a dozen times!)

Well the nearest Hein Gericke to me is the one in Salford/Manchester, not to far from siddington to be honest, only abut 20 miles at the most.

Maybe a BCF trip to Hein Gericke Manchester is in order, cos I need a new textile jacket Laughing

Well its Wednesday and were 3 days away!

If anyone would like to join us then you can meet us at a predetermined place like Siddington Lake on the A34 (turn off just before/after siddington village hall, signposted Henbury) or arrange one with us on here or just turn up at Oulton and look out for the BCF T-Shirts!

As regarding time, I was thinking meeting about 10am?

Well I can beat karen as it's Friday and I STILL haven't decided......

The other half is threatening to take me off to Wales for the weekend if the weather stays nice, and I'm afraid a 100+ mile ride up the A55 to the beach is appealing more than an 8-or-so mile ride to Oulton at the moment!

However, if people is gonna be falling off..... ah bugger it I'll decide tomorrow! Razz
