Hello,

Fitted brand new tank cap and flippin lost the key!
I'm used to taking the tank off because i recently replaced the internal fuel pump and i know there are screws on the back of the tank cap so i'm wondering how can i remove the cap without damaging it too much?
Pehaps empty the tank of fuel and long screw driver?

I have my old one to go on anway if need be.

Any help greatly appreciated.

What an idiot!

Thanks
mark

If you fancy bringing it over to salisbury I can pick it for you (usually) and then swap it over for your old one.
