Asus MB - suspicious behavior (- . . .)

Hello, (Asus P5K-EPU)
Today, when I was done trying to ruin Debian, I did reboot to get back to windows but all I got was a beep code from the MB: one long + three short beeps. I also had no video signal. I found out that the MB couldn't detect any VGA card or the VGA card test failed.

I tried the re-boot 5 times and nothing, then I just turned it all off (turned of the PSU), let it sit for a while and then the PC booted up like it always does. I haven't touched the Hardware in months, so I am not sure what could go wrong.

this can happen every once in a while, it maybe a case of the card is starting to fail, or maybe a PSU issue.

I just repaired a machine that, was working fine-ish and did a clean install due to some thing the user had downloaded. while I was there I cleaned the filthy dust out from inside and all was good, then the GPU just failed in the middle of booting.

replaced the card and all was fine once again

So, I got the blue screen again, then the same beep code. I cleaned the PCIe slot and it's working now. There was some dust around the slot, but not in it, since the GPU card was in.
