Wotcha,

A little while back, I became the proud owner of a nice little (well, big), DL1000 V-Strom, of which I thought was a nice little ride.

The understanding with the seller was that if he was unhappy with his new bike, he'd buy the Strom back off me for what I paid.

Well he did not get on with it and as such, I potentially will end up with his Intruder 1800 as a direct swap, with me benefitting due to purchase costs.

Not having ridden one, are they any good? Is it worth keeping for summer and Sundays, or better to sell it on and trade up my beloved CBF for something newer.

If the latter, anyone interested in a Suzuki Intruder 1800 in blue? Smile

Mike

Nice noise on them with a pipe, and from what I saw they are capable of demolishing a KTM525EXC on roll on acceleration too!

Expect they are too raked out and short on ground clearance to have any fun with though! An 1800cc V-twin might make for an interesting bike, if it was housed in something like a B-king chassis though?

Suzuki's MT01?
