Just stumbled across the survey page on the Kwak website.

Pretty much, if you have recently had a service (or not, they don't seem to check) you can fill out a 2 minute survey about your experience in the workshop and they email you a voucher good for x1 free oil filter at your next service. (All you need is your VIN to hand.) There is also a survey if you have just bought the bike.


Hardly deal of the decade but its a few quid spent on petrol instead!

If you can, change the oil yourself. Simple job, the HF 303 filter is 3 pounds and I just ordered 3L of 10W40 Motul 5100 for 22 pounds.

25 pounds total. What do they ask for the oil change?

I'd never pay to do an oil change. Having to phone up and book a time slot and then ride it to the garage, it's actually less hassle to do it myself.
