Just done 100 miles Manchester to Coventry and my lights failed turning onto my friends driveway

Headlight / sidelight / full beam not working, rear light not working but managed to get parking light on (although key now won't turn to do it!)

What's the likely causes on the ZZR600?

Hi

Fuse? Check all the fuses, and if you have a multimeter check for power at each one.

All the best

Keith

Ignition Switch sticking or burning out, Ive had the same problem. Especially if the parking circuit (steering locked and lights on is working)

10 points,

Fuse looked ok at first glance, multi meter test showed otherwise.
Glad I'm staying at a friend who restores old citroens for a hobby!

He had some 10a blade fuses. Going to nip to a parts shop tomorrow and get some spares to have on the bike just in case for the future.
