They do a screen that fits to the painted fly screen.

I've got a powerbronze on mine, seems to lift the wind a bit and doesn't need holes drilling in the fly screen like the Triumph add on screen does.

It's a different fly screen with the smoked outer screen attached at the factory.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Trouble with a fly-screen on a Triple is that anything big enough to make any difference looks ridiculous.
The only reason why I've left the extra fly-screen on mine is because removing it would leave three holes in the factory screen.
I'm not a big fan of it tbh.
If I wanted a bike where comfort was paramount and a huge fly-screen didn't look out of place, I'd have bought a Tiger.
The op is 6'2" so unless he rides around with his chin on the tank all the time, these pointless little screens aren't gonna make a jot.

That's what I thought until I test rode a tiger yesterday. It was very comfortable bimbling around country lanes at 40-50, but awful on the motorway. Mainly because of the more upright riding position.

I tried ducking down out of the wind, but it was difficult to get tucked into the right place and I felt like a right nob trying to get low to the tank with such high bars.

I wanted a street really, but was worried about windchill in the winter. Haven't ridden one yet, but I think a street + fly screen might just about do the trick.

I'd advise having no screen, as they just encourage excessive speeds, which in turn leaves you more likely to end up killed when someone fails to look and collides with you.

I've always enjoy'd having the wind battering against me, not only as a reminder of speed, but I feel its a distinct part of riding a bike. If its unpleasant, then I'm obviously going too fast.

Screens are for airbag loaded super safe cages and girls Razz .

Of course this Doesn't factor in rain, a bike being a sole mode of transport, fuel efficiency, track racing etc.

Thanks for the replies, I think I will have to go for the powerbronze one as that looks quite tidy. I know Im never going to be protected fully but wouldnt mind it lifting the wind blast a few inches higher than my nethers as I find that quite uncomfortable.

Street Triple R - Strippler

Dont know where that came from but I found myself saying it one day and it stuck
