Alot of people have asked me what weight is good for what size bike. And now i have to question it myself. I am 14 years old and as of now i weigh 120 lbs. I have a yz85 right now and i need a new bike. I have been looking at kx100 and kx125. I just dont want to always be bottoming out if i get the 100 and i weight too much. So please if anybody can help me and tell me what the maximum weight for a 100 should be i would be very thankful. |

i gather your talking about trials bikes
I shouldnt worry about it suspension can always be adjusted to suit your weight.....just make sure you know somebody who's handy with spanners ____________________ Bikes owned :- 2001 nsr125, 1999 zx6r, 2006 yzf-r1, 2009 xmax 250, 2012 yzf-r1, 2015 MT-07

Depends what you're wanting to us the bike for, sounds like probably trails riding (general off roading stuff), or could be trials riding (hopping over tricky stuff like big rocks etc) but you'll be better off if you can find a forum which is about that stuff as this forum isn't really much into off road riding.
Hope you find out, but I'd say get a test ride and see what they're like then make your mind up. |
