At least it wasn't Novell NetWare Shocked

...and we have moved on from the Star Trek/WarGames idea of if the lights are blinking and flashing and flashing and blinking it's a computer.

Ignoring ridiculous pretence that the only back up is on a plane, what about one of the many planes bound to be on the ground? Laughing

Or even the backup in the offsite firesafe?

So many plot holes, so little time.

How about the speed of the car and plane?

I do not own a Ferrari nor a plane, but at certain velocity that is a must for a plane to stay in the air, I do not think I'd be able to talk or even see a thing being exposed to the ram air going around the car/plane. I'd be definitely not able to just ''drop down'' a piece of wire like that. If nothing else, my face would be heavily deformed at that speed, that I only image, is around 300kph, to keep that plane in the air. Thinking

The little clip was probably still on the RS232, it would have been tricky otherwise.

Perhaps if our disbelief can be suspended here, so can giant planes.

Uncanny. That has happened to me. I was so annoyed upon finding the 1.5m cable in my hand instead of the 10m. And whilst sitting on the landing gear too.

Infuriating.

I've only seen the clip, not the whole show. Did they explain why the plane couldn't simply land and transfer the files?
