I bought a 2006 honda cbr 125 back in March and whenever me and my mate went out on a ride (he's on a 1987 honda h100s) i use to always fly past him and could do about 70-75mph however now i only just get to 60 and now he goes past me.... ive replaced my chain and sprockets so not sure what it could be?

any help would be appreicated and cheers in advance

Check that the new sprockets have the same number of teeth as the old ones, as this affects the final drive ratio.

More teeth on the front. or less on the rear will give a higher top speed with less acceleration.

Less on the front. or more on the rear will give better acceleration but lower top speed.

Oil changes? Cleaned or replaced the air filter? Cleaned, gapped or replaced the spark plug?
