May sound like a stupid question, but what am i looking for and what should i avoid when buying a charger for my bike?

My alarm keeps going off and ive noticed that when in traffic my headlight on the car in front goes alot brighter as i rev the engine.

All pointing to a low charge.

I was looking at buying this

Any good?

Lidl have one at the moment for £14 which is just fine. It has bike (i.e. low amperage) and trickle charge modes, job done.
