Need advice again please
Bike is a Yamaha yzf r125 2010 model. Bought this last week and rode it home from Doncaster. I've noticed some rough riding and I can feel every little bump on the road. What could be the main cause/s? On the way home I pulled into a garage to check tyre pressures which were way above recommended of 27 front 29 rear. They had nearly 40 in each I was hoping it might help but still the same. This bike has had a lowering kit fitted by previous owner but don't know if this could be anything to do with it? The forks compress and return freely and no signs of any oil leaking from seals. No signs of front or rear end damage at all as far as I can see. This bike is over 4 year old so assuming it's never had a fork oil change. Could it be this?
I thought it would do no harm to realign front end while on a rear stand as I think it looks like it's out of alignment (see pic) but it still looks the same after I've done that. Pic is poor sorry but iphone is shite for taking pics. If needed I will try to take a better one. Thanks in advance as usual!

Have you checked the rear shock? I'm 100% sure you can adjust the spring compression/pre-load there. It also makes the ride hard and bumpy, if over-done. ____________________ '87 Honda XBR 500, '96 Kawasaki ZX7R P1, '90 Honda CB-1, '88 Kawasaki GPz550, MZ 150 ETZ

You can also play around with the oil content and viscosity on the front forks. Changing the tyres may also help. ____________________ nearly a normal tax paying tosser.......with ferrileness suzi100,cg125,cb125scb100n,cb175,cd100,cj250t,kh250,c15,125 bantam, super 6,rickman gs750,xt500,250rs,dt175,lifan125,dolomite1850,metro,Morris220ld,morrisfg,leyland princess, range rover, corsa,vw camper .now struggling with legs. Garage tyre pumps can be ridiculously inaccurate - but I would suggest removing the lowering kit and starting your diagnosis from a factory standard configuration. ____________________ Honda Varadero XL125(V8)
