My respect for these guys has gone from a lot to absolute. Surprised they showed graphic crashes, don't think I've seen the Robert Dunlop crash before. Just a question about that, if he had a modified front brake (with his left hand) where was the clutch?

Ah OK, saw the shot of the missing front brake but don't think they showed that.

So would they only use the clutch at the start, (I assume) having a quick shifter?

Just watched it. As much as I loved both King of the Mountain (The Joey Dunlop Story) and Closer to the Edge. This thing made those 2 look like amateur low budget movies.

Very well presented, very heartbreaking and fantastically filmed.

Would recommend. For me it brought back the memories of the time when Joey died and how I felt. And again when Robert died. Which just happened to be the only year I was not at the NW200 because of work commitments. I did watch the main race and the movie brought back all the excitement of the race as I watched Michael win for his dad.

Fine people those Dunlops, they did then and still do, unite Ireland. A wonderful film of both tragedy and triumph........respect.
