Another Ebay nutter

I sold an item of jewellery to someone. They purchased it as a buy it now. They also bid on another item but didnt win.
Anyway i messaged a day later asking when she will pay for it as i like to send items out ASAP. She claimed she didnt bid or buy any of my items and has already paid for what she has won from other sellers.
OK a nutter it is then. As when i messaged her, the item she won is attached in the message. She still denied buying it so i opened a non paying buyer case.
A day after that she paid and left the following negative feedback:

Not at all happy kust deel kersvers in to buying some thing i did not bid for .

I dont really want to send the item because i have a good feeling she will come up with some bullshit like i sent an empty package or its not as described.
Whats the best way to deal with this? Thanks

Phone eBay so that they've got a record of your concerns.

I've actually found them to be helpful when I've called them to discuss derp buyers and everything has then gone in my favour.

Well to update ive just got the feedback removed by ebay online support, cant fault the service they processed the removal pretty much instantly.
Yea i suppose a refund is the best way to resolve it, as much as i dont want to refund her for wasting my time. Someone so retarded shouldnt be allowed money.

Don't just refund them, you want to go through the transaction cancellation procedure.
