Well, the race just proved that blue bikes are fastest. Cool Thumbs Up Razz Laughing

Bit of a boring race though, to be honest. BSB was much more exciting IMO.

It wasn't a classic race but it was good to see Edwards back up near the front again. I feel that Rossi will be world champion again this year though. What was Biaggi doing? Rolling Eyes

It was a good race, and it was nice to be there yesterday too, another bloody Rossi win but hey!

Just watching the 125 and 250 races atm, on Sky+!

Oh and the nicest sounding bike has gotta be the Ducati's (one of the video's, with sound I captured yesterday of the Duke: https://homepage.mac.com/craiggiles2/100_0199.MOV ) Smile.

Alex Barros's bike does sound nice, I got a vid of him too shortly before he binned it, https://homepage.mac.com/craiggiles2/100_0198.MOV Smile.

(If the .MOV's won't work you need to download quicktime, or pester me for a different format Wink.)

Just back from the race and really enjoyed it!

Was great to see Shakey chasing down Biaggi, who was on a different planet today, but nice to see all the same.

Was impressed with Edwards and Baylis and i personally like the sound of the 04 Dukes, they sound so much better than Hodgson's one!

Overall a good day out, pity that the weather was a bit poor. Anyone see Abe's crash? I was up at Dunlop so didn't see it but looked a nasty one!

Was a damn good day out, race wasn't that exciting but just watching and hearing those motogp bikes go past was good enough Cool Thumbs Up

Shakey made the race more exciting nearer the end even though he wasn't at the front Thumbs Up

Fab day out, except the weather, but somehow I still managed to get a sunburnt face! How did that happen?!!!
Nicky, Shakey and Edwards all did really well and it's excellent to see Rossi taking the Yamaha to the first spot again. Just a shame that Hayden wasn't on the podium so didn't get to see his lovely mug *sigh*
I thought they did a pretty good job with getting people in and out of the track, except when we got to the the bit where you turn right off the main road into the circuit, they made us go straight on so we had to u-turn to get in - weird!!!
I did wear my BCF t-shirt but I was so cold that I didn't take my jacket off so think maybe BCF caps and / or waterproofs might be easier to spot next time!
Hi to everyone who rode up there - we were in a group of 7 before we even left Reading! And a big *boo* to the tit on the blue Sprint with hard luggage who nearly wiped me out in a display of how not to ride on a busy M1 with hundreds of bikes around!

It was an amazing day, I went with a couple of friends from my area and had an absolute blast. The best sounding bike in my opinion was either the Kawasaki or the Aprillia. Rossi was amazing and the gap he pulled on Edwards and Gibernau was unbeliveable. If you haven't seen a GP before you /need/ to go and see these bikes, they truly are amazing.

Highlight of the day was after Rossi won the race and we knocked down a fence and stormed the track. Unfortunatley Shakey pulled off before we could get our alchol filled bodies over the grass and to him. Mr. Green

I got some pictures, did anyone with a digital camera find it hard to take photos, by the time the camera had actually taken the photo the bikes were gone. Sad

Downer of the day was the 5 hours journey home in the car due to the amount of people who decided they wanted to go down the M1 at the same time as us. Sad

I had that problem too, I managed to get a few good'uns by taking the pictures before I saw the bikes in the lens, but most of the time I ended up with picures of empty track Laughing.

But the shutter speed on these Digital Camera's is crap!

I did get a few good vids though, 2 of which are linked above in my earlier posts. Smile.
