OK, I've met some people with odd names. Possibly the most memorable being an old friend of mine from Reading who went by the cringeworthy combination of Phillip Micheal Hunt, but whilst browsing the local shops today I heard a young lady (mid twenties or thereabouts, I'd say) calling her child.
'Westlife, get 'ere NOW!'

Jesus is quite a popular name in Italy and all round the heavily catholic parts of the med.

Mercedes I have no problem with. Calling your child mercedes-benz is just cruel.

I used to know a guy called Will Fagg.

p.s. I've decided not to go to BDB, it's too far of a drive - over 300 miles. We've already drove to Glastonbury and back this year - I think once in a couple of months is more than enough!! Maybe next year though!

I'm convinced the helpdesk people at our hosting company are making up comedy names to amuse themselves. So far I've spoken to Ashley Starbuck, Kane Bunting and Murray Scotland. Our new account manager is called Bolah Salammi. Mr. Green

Hi

I work for a major electricity supplier, and some of the names we find can be strange. Mrs Malwanker. J R Hartley. Elvis Pressley (loads of them). Miss Orefice, etc.

There was a company in Birmingham whose address was "Floor 8, Suite FA".

All the best

Keith

An age ago whilst in school we had a teacher whose surname was Willy, the unfortunate buggers first name was Chris and his middle name was peter.
this meant he signed his name Chris P Willy,oh the joy and cruelty of youth.

Hippies come up with the best ones. I went to school with a guy called:

Saltstus Suzanne Arthur Obidiah Moonbeam Millett.

I met some hippies on Lewis one summer solstice whose kid was a right little shit, about five years old and he spat, kicked and threw stones at anyone and everyone, his parents just let him. His name was Axle and he had a mullett Rolling Eyes

We named our daughter Nina after Carls bike as we couldn't agree on any names so we just took the j out of ninja, but she only ever gets called Beanie and my 16 yr old daughter gets called Boo which can be imbarrassing when you in Crewe and you shout her Smile

I once knew a girl whose name was Rachel. Not such a bad name, you might think, only her second name was Machel . . .

Plus I met a Helmuth (pronounced 'helmet') Shutz (pronounced 'shoots') once.

So i says, what they call him that for, he looks nothing like..
