ebay - phone case purchase

I bought a phone case for the pan euro, 20th sept.
After allowing extra time for it to arrive, I emailed and he said it had arrived back with him because some label fell off and it'll be re sent.
It arrives 4 days later.

Now, i bought it after having a good search through ebay for exactly what i wanted. A mounting the same as my last one i had as i'd manufactured a bracket for that specific mount to fit onto and a charging cable hole in the end of the case to go straight into the phone.

This one fitted the requirements.

What arrived was this. A repackaged cheap case with a different, unsuitable mount and a cable hole in the side that i could have bought for £6.99 rather than the £15 I paid for the one i wanted

I don't think I'm being difficult wanting a refund, I get the impression the seller thinks I'm wasting his time and should accept this but it isn't the item pictured and it doesn't fit my needs.
Anyone think differently?

Refund seller is a twat. I had one of those cheap generic ones, ended up having to slot a cable tie through the zip and on to the bars because it comes off the mount on hard bumps, the ball on the mount wears down quickly too meaning you have to wedge some old paper in there to stop it flopping around.

Pictures are misleading and obviously not representative of the product. Money back. You're well and truly worth of your refund.

You can't show one product and sell another! I don't think you're unreasonable in demanding *all* your money back!

I have one of the ones they sent you, totally inferior product and I too have resorted to cable ties to hold it on!

Friend at work bought the exact same thing for a galaxy S5 yesterday, I fitted it for him and for the £7.95 he paid it seems excellent, even if it only lasts for a year.
