is the quality of these likely to be dreadful? could really do with getting slightly higher bars / lower pegs and cant afford helibars. but dont want to buy these if they are going to be useless, or rust!

Peg is a peg I would have thought there is a limit to how crap even a cheap one can be just due to its simplicity. Maybe try them at £30, if good then try the bars, if crap put them back on eBay and probably see most of the money back.

The anodizing on the pegs will turn brown, also would be concerned about the quality of the bolts that hold them in position.

Same goes for the bars really, the actual main parts are probably fine but the anodizing will be crap and the bolts holding them together will be wank and not the correct ones for the job I recon
