 |

Hi there. Just recently bought a 2000 r6 with 9k miles. I removed the original silencer and fitted a micron can and link pipe. When the bike is running there is a small drip of what looks/smells like water ( it looks black but think that is the suity residue) from between the link pipe and headers. My Q is. Is this normal and should there be a gasket between the header pipes and link pipe. Think the carbs are needing balanced and it is possibly running slightly rich. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers connor |

Slip-on exhausts don't normally have or need a gasket. Pics might help?
