Hi all,

Does anyone know if it's possible to configure a Nexus 4 to work with 4G in the UK?

Thanks,
Danny

There's an article on techcrunch about enabling the nexus 4 to use 4g.

The article I saw only covered doing that for North America.

Probably not.

N4 appears to only support LTE/4G at 1.7/2.1GHz:

UK companies do not currently implement 4G on those frequencies:

Many thanks barrkel Thumbs Up

@ Rob, yes I'm very pleased with it.
At the time of it's release it's specs were almost identical to the top of the range phones at the time but at 2/3rd the cost.

N4 is about to get Lollipop too. (downloadable now if you don't want to wait for the OTA update and don't mind having to reload all your apps/data etc. https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images).

The only thing I really dislike about it is the lack of external storage.

I have it on my 4. I really don't see what all the fuss is about in all honesty.
