There are few going on https://www.autotrader.co.uk/BIKES/ but they are very expensive, depends on how much money you are willing to spend.
i am sure you will be able to pick up one cheaper though.
no results on ebay. ____________________ [Italjet MM5A] ll [Rieju RS1 Evolution] ll [Suzuki GS500e] ll [Suzuki GSX600F] ll [Honda CG125] ll [Pug Elyseo 125] ll [Yamaha YZF750R] ll [Yamaha Thunderace] ll [Yamaha R6] ll [Triumph 955i] ll [Hayabusa RZK3] ll [Suzuki RGV250] ll |

Don't worry about it. I did mine having never even sat on a motorbike before.
You spend the morning learning the safety side of biking and doing figure 8's, emergency stops etc in a closed off area away from traffic, then in the afternoon you will go out on the road either by yourself or with one other person (and an instructor obviously), where you will do U-turns, traffic lights, junctions, roundabouts etc. for about 2 hours.
If they think you are safe enough to be on the road you will get a certificate, if you make lots of mistakes and most importantly, don't learn from them, they will make you do some extra riding or make you come back another day before giving you the certificate.
It's a fun day out, and lets you have a taster of wether biking is for you.
ps If you do get through it and fancy getting a bike, don't leave it 3 months like I did, try and get on the road asap.
Enjoy! |
