Booked in for this morning. I wheeled it out of the shed and started it. Almost instantly it cut out and now showing an FI fault I can't bloody chase.

Spent a full 8 hours today stripping the loom. Trying another ECU and various other sensors.

Still not found the fault.

I sat for FIVE VERY LONG MINUTES behind a van in a back street in Chelsea.
In light drizzle.
At not even rush hour.

This is not supposed to happen on a bike. Brick Wall Brick Wall
Fucking city.
Whose idea was it to live here Question

These wretchedly, wretchedly stupid people. Every single stupid, contemptible one that knowingly broke the rules we had after lockdown, and who are directly responsible for the situation now, and who now are whingeing and crying about it. It's THEIR fault. Every single person who is now "panic buying", i.e. hoarding, and telling the nice girl at Aldi "F you", and who have bought all the baked beans, and who have bought all the bog paper, *again*. Arseholes, one and all.

I might have done, if only there were gaps in between the Range Rovers and the Mercedes minicabs in the narrowish street I had decided to take a short-cut through Rolling Eyes

Yeah 042 “ignition circuit fault”

It’s looking likely the 100 ohm resistor in the barrel is playing up. Even though it checks out ok.

Ordered a used one off eBay.

Ye Gods! Yes Sad

Last night, waiting in my local Chinese takeaway. Guy breezes in, no mask, not even a shabby "pull up your T-shirt" and it turns out it's one of the whiney old gits I know from Facebook. Always moaning about everyone else's business but does he toe the line? Does he fuck Evil or Very Mad

I must admit, there wasn't any evidence of panic buying in Asda earlier.

The Fazer Saga.

Accepted delivery of Fazer in August with a known non-ride effecting fault to be repaired when part was delivered Arrow Phoned in October after hearing nothing, and knew who I was / part had arrived but I'd not been told Arrow Several miss-calls today while I was out stating they were there to collect to repair bike. We'd agreed the week, but was waiting for a phone call before hand for the exact time / day.

So that went down the spout as I refused to be left stranded in a car park with 10 kg plus of chainage and a full suit of gear for company, and because they couldn't guarantee that they could get the bike back to me once lockdown came into effect (clearly I'm not going to want my bike to be many miles away where I can't use it?).

Refused to send the part out to me at MY cost (literally asked to be billed).

CANT. BE. ARSED.

I think I'm done, and I'll get the work done out my own pocket when I can be bothered.
