When your bud sends you a photo of themselves, which they could not have dreamed in a million years that you would find as ridiculously erotic as you have, and you dare not tell them Brick Wall

Job applications that require you write some statement responding to statements such as "We are open to risk and learning from our experiences", or "we embrace diversity" etc. FFS!!!!

To be specific......... complete the 'additional questions' section where you will need to provide examples of when you have demonstrated the following behaviours: (please see further detail on the job description)
We are open to risk and learning from our experiences
We prioritise diversity and have an inclusive and open mindset
We enable decision making

Does anyone think a political party that promised to end this kind of HR shite would be s shoe in at any election?

It's in the application to weed out whingers, liars and fantasists.

Risk and learning - you give an example of doing something risky and learning from it, even if the thing you learned was "that was too risky and it failed".

Diversity - you got input from someone you wouldn't usually get input from, and it was useful. This can be as simple as "we were making changes to a production line, and asked the people who worked on the production line for their input".

Decision making - outline a decision you made, what information you used to make it, was it right or wrong.

And then backup bastard question for interview - tell us about a time you made a mistake, and how did you fix it. There to weed out people who claim to never make mistakes and blame it all on someone else. There to find out if anyone is going to show any humility whatsoever.

Exactly, everyone knows this is just sneaky bullshit and everyone knows how to play the game. It seems though that the bullshit has become more important than any actual work to be done.

Asian based websites don’t speak the same language as me (English)

Project ‘Scrappy Hyosung’ has been on hold while I find some new cam-chains.
Couldn’t find any on Hyosung UK .
Searched the net , including motorcycle/automotive distributors, etc etc etc, nothing!!

Went back to Hyosung UK and had a second search.
Changed the wording of my search to ‘timing chain’ and there there are Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
And they’re bloody expensive Crying or Very sad

Reminds me of the refinery my dad worked in. There'd be a steady flow of postgrads dreaming of more processes to tag on the end of the line* and my dad would look at the plans and go "that'll never work" and 9 times out of 10 he'd be right. But you'd obviously never ask any knuckle draggers on the line what they think Rolling Eyes

The weather is really starting to grind my gears now . . . it feels like (oop here in Manchester at least) that it's been cold and wet since the middle of April. Just seems relentless. Rubbish riding weather and the garden is looking like it would do in late March rather than mid-May.

I think you guys are confusing the word 'erotic' for pornographic.

I'm not sure at all that a 'Bud' would send a Dick-Pic without thinking it might be misconstrued...(call me old-fashioned).

There was a mylar balloon in the background of the photo and that is what made the photo ridiculously erotic.

Lost a 20 year old Jack Russell today, as in the ornery old bugger disappeared while walking round the house as he usually does. The sister in law and I spent two hours combing 30 acres (and I did check a couple of acres of the hunting woods around the farm as well, did disturb a herd of deer, a chipmunk and a copperhead!!! ) but no sign of the little bastard. Sad

More recently he's been rescued twice from the cattle field, once when the bull decided to start a game of headbutt roly-poly with him and yesterday when one of the calves tried the same. Two weeks ago he had to be rescued from a twelve foot deep dry gully that he'd fallen into and couldn't get out of. The old horse kicked the dog shit out of him about six years ago and he's was run over by a car about a decade ago, nothing could kill the little shit but if the coyotes don't get him tonight (if they haven't already) I'll eat my hat. Sad

I'm good, he was the in-laws dog, in all likelihood he trotted off to find a place to hide and die. The turkey buzzards will likely be our next marker to finding him.

Strange to relate, its mostly dog-ladies on my FB list who are the lezzers. Thinking
Personally, I am heterological, but swing both ways in the matter of pets.

BCF is a pit of vipers. I'd stay away from it if I were you, lest you become seriously corrupted.
