I did the same a few weeks ago, and now I'm halfway through season 5. I'm going to have to find another show to watch obsessively very soon.

On a recommendation on here, I've started Better Call Saul.

Better Call Saul is just starting Season 3 (yay!)

It's not nearly as addictive, and quite a lot slower, but if you liked the dodgy lawyer and Mike the crusty old fixer, then in terms of learning their pre-BB histor,y its worth a watch.

^^ was not a gear-grinding thing ^^

The catalyst of most of the rest of today's really very tedious gear-grindings:
* Battery on car deader than both Lenin and Lennon
Fucked up the entire rest of my very stressful morning.

Hysterical tears of frustration, rare but destructive, have worn myself out, and confused my better half

*gloomy*

Weekly releases though, same as iZombie. Netflix, why you regressing to the Olden Days? [grind, grind]

I was out for a pleasure jaunt yesterday and got pulled out on by an East-of-Suez lady. No drama, I saw it coming a mile off. What annoys me is that, like my previous few incidents, it always seems to be the brown peoples.

I'm not angry at them, I'm just very disappointed. If they don't want me to be racist, why do they keep reenforcing the stereotype of the oblivious Asian driver? Very poor show.

Do bingers benefit them? I would have thought making sure people stay subbed was more beneficial.

Sure, it's to their benefit to draw things out.

But whole-series releases and binge watching is one of the key things that distinguishes (or distinguished) them from legacy networks.

It feels like they're getting cocky after their strong growth. They may want to consider that if I can sub 1 month out of 3 and catch up (netflix_YEAR_MONTH@mydomain.com) then that's what I'm likely to do.

Of course, I say that, but they've got the entirety of Star Trek on there, damn them.

People who like to round off bolts. I was planning on doing a few jobs on the Blackbird over the Easter Holiday, couldn't remove a couple of fairing bolts so I couldn't change the air filter, change the front discs. I did manage an oil change and a good clean though.

Oh, ffs. Why can't Garmin just supply the power leads with suitable ring-tongue battery connectors already fitted on the wires? I don't have a crimp tool, and the wire cores are so thin that any terminals I'm likely to get probably won't crimp on reliably anyway. And I don't have a soldering iron either. Nor am I likely to use either tool again. Could have had it all fitted and ready to play with today. Oh well, off to a local bike shop tomorrow to see if they'll bung a couple of terminals on for me.

Dem ads. I'm browsing in porn mode as well: are they the new BCF default?

Oh, FFS. I managed to lose my gloves walking 200 yards to my bike. Not left in the cupboard, not dropped in the lift. Did I drop them on the street and some ragamuffin had them away within seconds?

They were my very bestest ones ever as well, they cost all of £23.98 2 years ago. Mad

Poor obs. Probably the swelling is a flea bite from the infested manky public transportation system.

Can't you get the front end up high enough to remove the wheel without removing the mudguard?

People who consider the road outside their house their parking space.

It's a public road, anyone can park there.

After replacing the faulty spark plugs and the plug caps for good measure,I rode out on it last night only to find that it would not rev above 4,500 rpm.Typical indication of a seized Exup powervalve.

Being mindful that they can strip the teeth from the servomotor,I got the bike home okay and earlier I took the chrome cover off and yes,the vane is stuck fast. With lots of 'Plus-Gas' I managed to get it moving, but I will now need to drill out the rusty mild steel bolts and replace them with stainless ones.A job for tomorrow Brick Wall

I know for a whole set of downpipes including a completely unstuck exup valve if you are interested.

It's snowing and the outside temp. dropped to 1°C and going to get below zero. I already put summer wheels on my car and summer windshield washer fluid in it. Mad

Oh, and I'm going to do the MOT for the MZ tomorrow, so yeah, cool stuff. I'm gonna actually experience the British winter riding misery tomorrow morning, yay. Rolling Eyes

Not quite! One bolt was rounded and didn't fancy 70 mile trip back with a few bolts missing. Going to get them this week and do a roadside jobby as my driveway is on a massive slope.

Doggy is not well at all. Back legs are very wobbly. He's already on the max dose of Rimadyl so Vet put him on tramadol for the pain but he doesn't seem with it at all at the moment. Mind you, I wouldn't on 4 Tramadol tablets a day. Shocked

I'm hoping that things will improve but that might be too much to ask as he's 13 now. Crying or Very sad

Always a bastard to have to face times like these.
At the end of the day, I couldn't have my dog in pain. The eye's are foggy but I don't think quality of life is affected too much.
I'd like to think I'll know when to draw the line.

A piece of 1/2“ wood under the centre-stand might just give you the edge.
