The sight of an otherwise sensible-looking bloke outside Aldi with a miniature poodle dressed in a pink sequined tutu on a sparkly lead.

Are all small welsh towns like this?

The only acceptable clothing for dogs is a tartan coat, only in winter and only on a Scottish terrier.

Also, got back from hollibobs yesterday and apparently, a small black mouse has taken up residence in our house.

I'm not annoyed about the mouse, just the fact that it only emerges when Sid's in the room.

I haven't even seen it. Crying or Very sad

When I was a teenager my Gran asked me to walk her friends dog to the vets, a miniature poodle.

I must have bumped into every friend I had on that journey Embarassed

I did the same, dropping a brand new CBF1000 at about 2mph. Luckily I got a new brake lever (no thanks to wemoto who sent one for a CBR600RR and insisted they were right Rolling Eyes), polished out the dirty mark I made on the exhaust, replaced an engine casing bolt and the one holding the exhaust shielding on. I didn't replace the dented exhaust shield as it was like £80, but they didn't even notice when they collected it Dance!

tl;dr fix discretely, don't tell them, many excess.

EDIT: Oh definitely spill counter now!

Trying to work out why my computer crashed. Event viewer isn't helpful.

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DFYCz5NXYAA01_z.jpg

...anyway after unplugging the SSDs and plugging them back in one at a time and running health check program all seems ok. Did notice that win10 re-installed a network driver as it booted back into life.

2 hours faff. Rolling Eyes

Bugger! I have recently been using a hire bike while insurance faffed. I was constantly fearful of this and was somewhat relieved they they took it back!

Leading me on to my gear grinding... Finally had my new bike collected, and its been raining pretty much non stop and seems like the rain is set to continue next week. Come on now, man in the sky, give me a break!

Oh and definitely pop pictures etc up in spill counter, its kind of the law.

Mosquitoes. Evil or Very Mad

Got to replace the trinary switch on my wife's car and every time I go near the bloody thing I get a carpet of a particularly vicious type all over my back. These little bastards are biting through my shirt and ignoring all the non-environmental/non skin friendly chemicals I have to lather up with. What is particularly annoying is the fact that I work outside in all sorts of places and rarely get attacked but every time I go out of my front door the little bastards attack. I look like a bad version of Baldrick with boils.

^^^Witch Hazel will help with the itching.

I counted 54 ant bites on my legs which are thankfully almost gone.
Got a few hogweed blisters on my forearm and left hand which itch like a mutha when they get exposed to sunlight. Witch Hazel does help.

Thumbs Up I'll have to try that one.
Resisting the urge to scratch is the best thing. Ant bites tend to go like small zits and are satisfying to squeeze but tend to give grief for a lot longer than mossie bites.
For mossies hot water is good, teatree also but beer is the best cure, works for most ailments. Really serious shit usually needs spirits. Mr. Green

That's unlucky. I guess it helped I dropped it onto the exhaust, which was lifted straight off a Victorian factory judging by the size of it.
