is there a free manual to download?

am trying to sort the kickstart as its broken the circlip, so the kicker is just turning,
also need to know about oil to be used and
headlight and rear light not coming on,
does the bike need to be running for them to come on?

got the bits fitted,
now it won't start,
getting spark,
going to check for fuel in carbs,
wonder if theres a certain way to start these bikes?
