As above, get the apps. The scooter assholes are a real issue, so expect to have to lift and shift when you want to get out at the end of the day.
That said, the Kilburn High Road doesn't really count as central London, in my opinion, so the riding won't be too scary. There's a solo/mc-only bay just around the corner from that hotel, on Kilburn Priory, here.
