As we are in winter, I find repairing difficult . I sometime like to play with my bike and car but due to cold will leave them.

I put on 2 trousers, and 2 jackets but then when sitting down or under the car, the jacket lifts up and causes my belly and back to freeze and hurt.

any ideas on what type of cloth i should be wearing ? are there cheap one piece mechanic clothe?

Boilersuit with zipped top pockets.
Also better to go for the slightly bigger size to accommodate extra layers.

Dickies overalls, with a fleece underneath. Always warm.

Never wash your overalls - over time the oil soaked into the fabric makes them waterproof.

i found some as cheap as £10 on ebay but dickies is around £19.

is dickies a well known brand and premium stuff or shall i just go for the cheap one ?

Dickies are good, I use them as work. Double thickness around the knees and pockets with zips on. Fire retardant is a bonus too.

I have dickies overalls. And then I put a bodywarmer over the top if it's proper nippy.

Definitely go for a size or 2 larger than you need though.
Ive nearly castrated myself in mine and my ankles get a tad chilly sometimes.
