Not a vlogger Laughing just because dash cams record audio doesn't mean the person is a vlogger. Could have easily edited out the sound and shortened the video mind.

He might have been towing a trailer which kept tram-lining in the groves or his van might not have been powerful enough to overtake quickly so he decided to stay out there.
