I've seen many MotoBatts shit themselves in spectacular fashion, and know a few to just stop working.

The latter is less exciting.

I won't buy anything else. I had a bike with a reg/rec issue and the Motobatt carried on starting the bike for months even though the charging system wasn't giving it a decent charge. They're known for good performance even when undercharged. As I was lazy I didn't get round to changing the reg/rec until it died the other way and sent way too much charge through the battery causing it to increase in size 25%, vent battery acid everywhere etc. But it didn't blow my bollocks off or catch fire, so that was another plus really. I bought a new one with a new reg/rec and it's going strong.

Motobatt are superb quality batteries. They'll outperform and outlast cheaper batteries with ease. Both of our Ducatis have them fitted. Thumbs Up
