Was that your breakfast? Shocked

Dinner last night. I don't eat brekfast, I then have a tiny lunch of a bag of crisps and a drink at around 11-11.30, then don't have dinner till 8-9ish at night. Combine this with a little excersize, walking to the shops, making an effort to run up all stairs everywhere and it means I can eat whatever I please & drop weight.

Was 124kg when I came back from Spain, am now 116kg & still dropping. According to NHS calculator thing I need to weigh between 67.1kg & 91.1kg so still quite some way to go, but for a years progress I'm rather pleased.

Also, online purchase was a tin of hammerite aerosol white paint.
