Trade point just sent me a Black friday promo leaflet.

This may be of interest. I'm a Makita fanboy myself but none the less this looks to be a decent deal.

Cheers. Actually ordered a DeWalt from FFX instead; they have their own deals on too (I always thought "Black Friday" was supposed to be a Christmas event . . . ). A slightly bewildering combination of batteries and bare units as well as kits, but with a bit of number crunching got a combo that was a fair bit cheaper than any "off the shelf" kit of the same model. I can get back on-topic now rather than being in the splinter thread "what was the last thing you returned?". Laughing

Some LED trailer lights, the original ones have cracked lenses because I foolishly fitted them at the extremities. I'll move the brackets inboard a little, then when manoeuvring it around by hand I can freely bump into the walls without any real damage.

Its another 'murican import and came about as a consequence of their last Thursday in November Turkey festival..
hence it has no meaning to me.

I almost bought a matching Oxford premium paddock stand for the front, but a little research on the FZ10 forum
suggested that the universal style of front paddock stand would foul the front ABS sensor with the possibility of
damaging it so a rethink was necessary. In the end, after a quick visit to the shed for a little fingering of my forks to
ensure compatibility, Embarassed I opted for the R&G effort instead as it seemed like a safer bet. Cost me just a fiver more
than the Oxford branded effort so I'm pretty happy with that. Thumbs Up

Took advantage of a Black Friday 20% discount on all items promo and finally pulled the trigger on a wider bike ramp
for getting the new toy in and out of the shed. It's a bit precarious on the narrow one I have, especially when backing it
out and I really, really don't want to drop this bike. Came in at probably less than even a little drop would cost me after
I've paved the area outside the shed next year, saved over £50 with the discount. Thumbs Up

Gran Turismo 7. PS5

I just had to. It's down to £40 now. The hours of my life I've spent playing Gran Turismo games probably add up
to literal years. Been holding off for a while because as a devout practicer of skinflintery paying £70 for video
games is against my religion. But I can suffer £40, I know it will be worth the outlay.

A tankful of petrol for the car, then after a short drive to Cardiff to meet my mum and sister at their hotel next
to the Christmas market they've come to see, some dinner for the three of us at a nearby pub. I parked at the
hotel they were staying in and upon leaving stopped to pay the £6 parking charge to the receptionist but
she took a shine to me and put my details through the ANPR parking system as a hotel employee and therefore free. Thumbs Up
I complimented her tattoos and she blushed a bit and told me she had lots more. Twisted Evil

I'm a little concerned that I may have got snagged by the M4's average speed cameras on the way out of Cardiff,
oh well, I will have to wait and see what comes through the letterbox in the next few weeks I suppose. Rolling Eyes

Did you receve yours yet? I ordered one from your link and it turned up today. Talk about 'a wide variety' of nozzles!

I'll see if I can test it out on the weekend.

BTW I've never seen such a long pressure hose on a domestic jetwash before. You could put this thing down and go around 2 cars easily.

A red jumper with a sausage dog on it.

https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/vGcAAOSwFotjidRU/s-l400.jpg

It's for my niece. My sister has a wire haired dachshund called Freya. A lovely albeit barky little doggo with a habit
of going down rabbit holes and needing to be dug out with a shovel. Laughing She is fiercely loyal and protective of
her humans and follows my niece everywhere.

they certainly work well on driveways and patios. removed old oil stains of ours in seconds.
some settings are really powerful and will remove the mortar between bricks/stones so you do need a bit of care.

if in doubt, consult Youtube, is my motto. Mr. Green

Quad Lock dash mount, seeing as I've been using it on the bike and really rate it.

Unfortunately, in an Astra J/GTC there's virtually nowhere to mount it out of your LoS, but it's absolutely rock solid once mounted so I'm very happy.
