It is not an exaggeration, it is the term used because if you were to say you paid with near cash half the population would then need an explanation of what near cash is.

Cash buyers tend to pay in cash but you're right, cash buyer is the correct term for someone buying a property without the need for a mortgage.

Have you not heard of direct transfer / bankers draught etc etc or CHAPS / Faster payments.

When he said cash, he meant he didn't have to take out a loan / credit for it.

More Fallout 4, which is of course a solo game. The two other lads I go online with tend to be doing their own thing,
last night they were playing Borderlands 2. I'm only there for the group chat, there's quite a lot of ribbing and joking
about which is lots of fun. We only tend to play together when we crew up in GTA online to do heists and stuff.
I'm just tying up the last few threads of the DLC stories and then I'm going to start building settlements and playing
that side of the game a bit more. Hit level 119 last night which is God like in fallout 4 terms. I'm pretty much invincible.

SimSettlements2 - if you can get it to behave without CTD - it's a pleasantly time consuming different way to 'play' the game.

A shag pad in Ashford, nice place, Victoria. Got a real bargain, dead relative left me some wonga so blew it on a flat in Victoria, nice place, great local facilities. It's mine all mine with no mortgage, Hurrah!.

Also bought Gamepass to play Redfall, the game does not disappoint, on 3rd play through now. Top game. If you have Playstation you are missing out.

Also bought a Commode chair from the family of the deceased in the flat downstairs. Life is good.

I have bought a decent airbrush, I have been using a cheap chinesium one until I decided I couldn't put up with the cr@p air /paint control so splashed out on this beauty.
