If it's still there. Opposite Seven Kings train station. Used to be really good, add any extras you wanted (mushrooms, pineapple, bacon etc) to 8, 12, or 16oz proper burgers. All extras added = blowout. Do eeeet! Laughing

The AT games one that was on sale? I'm tempted seeing as I've mainly been playing the SNES mini lately and have barely touched the Xbox Shocked, but from what I've read it isn't meant to be that good. It's probably worth while if you have a load of old mega drive cartridges.

bicycle tyre levers, cos Halfords didn't have any motorcycle ones, got a few , just needed one more - these will just about do in a sweary way until I get some proper ones

19mm and 24mm Halfords Advanced combination spanners

GT moto mini motorcycle tool kit - it's a bit crappy, but it'll do to take on the trails for now to bulk out the rest of my tools.

It's not really for me, although I'll probably have a bash on boxing day.

It pays to plan sufficiently in advance to avoid Halfords, and buy much cheaper (and better quality) from ebay or other online tat-emporia

I hope this was a lesson hard learned. Thumbs Up

yeah, I just didn't expect to be taking my Honda out on the trails this weekend, but my Beta isn't road legal after I launched it skywards on Tuesday and I can't fix it in time, and left it too late to get appropriate tools to carry on my Honda cos I'm an eejit

in other news I was annoyed that Maplins didn't have any lithium aaa energiser batteries in stock. My waterproof digital camera just eats alkalines.

I repeat the previous sentiment, although I am also occasionally guilty of impulse purchasing.

yup, i just assumed Maplins would have them in stock, and I left it too late to get them delivered in time from Amazon

I chose to go to Maplins rather than order online, and probably the last time I'll ever go to a store rather than the internet.

Enough grey oak laminate flooring to do our new kitchen, sunroom (I know, but we don't have a better name for it) and hallway. From Wickes.

It was discounted by 40%, and I managed to blag another 10% off in-store by threatening to go home and order online.

Sid's going to be on all fours for days Very Happy

I once ate ten packets of pickled onion monster munch in a row, and got chemical burn on my tongue.
