A Croque Monsieur and two madelines with "orange blossom creme patisserie" from the new bread shop in Bermondsey Street.

That was £8.50 I'm never gonna see again Rolling Eyes
Although to be fair, they were fucking delicious.

Not cheap but the Spyderco is very good and won't wreck your knives. Thumbs Up

You'll not be getting that foreign muck after Brexit.
Angel delight and spotted dick, actual spotted dick, not your exes blotchy ringworm cock.

I feel bilious.
You've spoiled my post-madeline buzz.

Still, as long as there is an England, there will always be custard.
Cool

Shame as I can't stand either. Might have to emigrate.

Yesterday I received through the post a new mega light weight lithium-ion battery for the KTM and for the FJ1200 a new teflon lined bush for the back brake pedal pivot.

Now I just need to get out into the shed to fit them Thumbs Up Wink

Don't mind spending that sort of money - got a few knives that could do with a proper sharpen (Got a victorianox 8" Chef's knife that now needs a good bit thanks to a couple of dinks and pen knives etc.)

However, ideally I was thinking one of the pivot ones, which should be more difficult for me to mess up with! Smile

The Spyderco is pretty foolproof to use - the only input you need to make is keeping the blade perpendicular. Smile

I still struggle with 'colouring within the lines', so that sounds quite advanced Razz.

Also, said Victorianox comes with a 34 degree angle as standard.

Will keep it in consideration anyway cheers - much more compact than most of the options I was drooling over and usable space I'm definitely lacking!

Was wondering if it'd be that hard to fab-up a ball-joint Wicked Edge style device for not-that-much, then buy a few of their stones.
(Which works on the basis I don't have many, many other 'projects' to do!)

C11P1324

A battery for my mother's phone. She refuses to buy a new phone or let me or my brother to buy her one. The battery is cheap but getting to it is a real hassle. Everything glued togheter and very fragile.

I got the old battery out and nothing exploded, yet, now waiting for a replacement.

Two of these for our new kitchen, only two though, because they were so bleedin expensive. But, having seen them, nothing else would do Laughing Visitors will just have to sit on the floor.

A replacement ps4 controller charger dock.
Last one was a bit flimsy and gave up the ghost, albeit after a couple of years.

I dare not go back, because I will have to buy two of their bready McBreadsticks stuffed with salami and some kind of frenchy gherkins, and stick one up each nostril.

Rather tiresomely, the ex-husband lives across the road, so I have to go past it on occasion. Last time it was the donuts at 4 quid each Shocked they were also pretty damn awesome, but not 4 quid awesome.

Today I have mostly been shopping at my pet M&S garage, and so have bought :
* Macaroni cheese for my lunch tomorrow (possibly breakfast as its getting rather close, although my eyesight is going*)
* Thai soup for [some other meal not sure when]
* Two boxes of "fruity fingers", of which I snorted the watermelon ones without hardly stopping for breath, my body was craving them so badly. The (orange) melon was nice too, but the mango was too hard, and I am not a big fan of mango anyway.

*Jen! Go to Bed! Stop internetting!
