Playstation VR.

I've not been genuinely amazed by anything to do with gaming for a long time.

If you get the chance to try it, do it!

I was on the phone to the brother in law whose bike it is and suggested to him that the bill was his to pay and not his
dads. He agreed and can absorb the loss if it's an unnecessary purchase. He earns enough and spends it all on clothes and
haircuts. I told him getting his bike back on the road again would set him back about what he would lob at a new pair of trainers
with out even thinking about the expense. It's character building. Thumbs Up Laughing

Was meaning to ask how you were finding it etc?

Now have a GTX1070 setup, though reasonably limited space.

Three (3) (iii) purple cans of Passionfruit energy drink ). Thank you whoever recommended those, not. Now I am hooked Laughing They were cold when I got them but now they are all warm. So I had to buy some Lewis Hamiltons instead, now I have a lorryload of fuckin energy drinks Laughing

And another lorryload of Snickers that say, assortedly, Broken, Fuzzy Head, Mardy, Sluggish, Wiped Out.

I don't want them to go back to normal pricing, but it would save me having to buy them every time I see the damn things, they make me grin from ear to ear, two for a pound, what the fuk, I've never eaten so many goddam Snickers in my life.

Ah, I think that's quite likely me out!

However, I was more questioning if you're still using it etc.

I may upgrade when the new Nvidia cards come out whatever anyway - as running on a 4k screen - so graphics power shoudn't be an issue.

Ta - I did have a bit of a play last year when I happened to be passing a PC World that had the Rift and Vive both being demo'd by the respective companies in the store.

It's whether I'd find myself still using it a year down the line.

Are you using it mostly sitting down or standing up?

Think I'll leave it for the moment - if I get a steering wheel/pedaks etc setup here, might properly look into it again as do like the idea for an even more 'natural' feeling drive.

New battery for the Spacker. Going to Fowlers next week with my war face on. Mad
Tried to get them to look at it because it's comfortably still under warranty , unimpressed by their £32 recovery
charge or their "we're fully booked in the workshop but if you leave it with us we'll look at it whenever we can fit it in,
could be a few weeks though
" I've rung them 3 times last week and been told they will call back. But no return calls.
So I've bitten the bullet and decided to just fucking buy a new one. I've missed ALL the recent sunshine because I don't
trust the bike to start again if I should switch the engine off while I am out. Last time I used was May 7th , I went out with
the Mrs on the back and the bastard wouldn't start when we stopped for a break. I had to push it up a hill wearing full kit
in 25c so I could bump start it and get us home again, which I'm unashamed to admit nearly did for me. It weighs
twice what I do. So I cut that ride short and it hasn't moved since. I've been trying to get any kind of satisfactory response
from Fowlers regarding them sorting it out. I've managed to ascertain the 18 month old battery will NOT hold a charge.
Someones getting a rocket next week, and quite possibly a knackered battery thrown at them. Inb4 heavy rain as soon
as the new one arrives. Evil or Very Mad
