Something sexy just turned up.

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Dma_C9KWwAU8oIy.jpg

It's a preamp and will help me polish turds as it has done in various guises since the 1980s. This has AD converters FTW.

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Dma_C9IXsAAX4fn.jpg

That handle will have to go....so a brief peek inside.

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DmbAKcvWsAIoYTS.jpg

Straight to work.

A pair of Sony MDR-ZX310 headphones.

Absolutely stonking pair of headphones for the money.

Picked them up in tesco, while they were still selling them, for £13

They're going for £18 on amazon.

Only 3 or 4 clumps at the moment.
I think being in a shaded area with a water sucking weeping willow tree next to it has probably help keep it in check.

Have just given all the canes their first inoculation so will see how it goes.

Been on the lookout for one for ages, and finally got one.... a robovac.
It helped that I had a voucher for 30% off Smile

https://www.amazon.co.uk/roborock-Robotic-Navigating-Capacity-Connectivity/dp/B07F6ZK769/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1536508141&sr=8-3&keywords=xiaomi+s5

I had a roomba over a decade ago, which I really wanted to work well, but didn't.
This one so far is behaving itself, and runs around downstairs before we wake up and we don't hear it! Has a scheduling app, returns to base etc, basically what the top end roomba can do at half the price.
Shame it's white.

I bought 12 filter cartridges for the hottub, for £33 including p&p, and then found that I had a £15 off voucher as well Very Happy

Also had to spend £340 on getting the Corsa through it's MOT. That stung a little bit.

Two pairs of trackie bottoms, tenner each, reduced from £35 each.
And they're not for just slobbing out in.
Wasn't all that long ago if you'd told me I'd be needing these, I'd have laughed you out of the room Laughing

I am currently driving round Europe but decided against actually driving outside the EU. More hassle/risk so just took a quick flight from Vilnius to Kiev for a few days in Ukraine. Would have liked to have seen the old sarcophagus but yeah, the new one is already in place. Not finished yet though apparently.

Only 5 countries in Europe (read europe- not EU) which I haven't driven or ridden to/around.

I love Serbia the most.
