I quite like a fairly focused hot spot for dog walking - especially with walking down a path, where it leaves further down the path a similar brightness to much closer.

I got this one, with the batteries:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/292696789221

I'll grab some video to show how it is compared to what is probably pretty much an actual 30w battery light.

The rear light doesn't seem very bright anyway - a little tape if you really don't want it, but I doubt it'll be an issue either way.

we do a fair bit of field walking and the cree is good for 1 spot brightness...just means head scanning for white tipped tails.

Cheers, could be better suited for us.

7 String guitars aren't that uncommon, they're designed to extend the bass range of a standard guitar. Smile

It is reasonably bright, but nowhere near the 30w floodlight I recently got:
https://cdn.knightlab.com/libs/juxtapose/latest/embed/index.html?uid=6bf04b14-110c-11e9-9dba-0edaf8f81e27

It looks quite dim there because I had to the camera up to account for the brighter light.

Note that the whole scene is mostly lit by a (non LED) streetlight that's very close - you can see the shadow of that for the gate.

When wearing it, it pretty much covers your entire field of vision - so should be great for closer up stuff at night. (Say moving stuff out of a van, or doing work on a vehicle in the dark, etc.)

Well they probably don't know if they're all getting the sack but in general that's why you order online and avoid it all Thumbs Up

Probably one of the better ways to go although eating them off the breasts of a randy cougar before being shagged to death could be regarded as slightly preferable. Cool

Ive not accessed any news or current affairs since last June so no idea which shops are going to the wall. It wasnt just HMV which was a downer it was also realising just how much of the music I own already and how long ago I bought it. I also couldn't afford the headphones they had that you can try out. So the one thing in the shop i would prefer not to buy online was still not going to make a sale for HMV.

An elusive at a sensible price CD courtesy of Music Magpie and having an ebay alert set up on it. Thumbs Up

Ou Est La Rock - Fireball Ministry £7.95 delivered Laughing Thought I was going to have to shell out for an import.

It's of particular interest as a band I was in a long time ago covered one of their tracks. Only ever had a copy of the album
on minidisc though.

Flats In Dagenham It's not called that it's called 'VIM' but I don't know why.

I have to have the CD. I don't know what that Deezloader thing is? Sounds downloady. Folded arms Don't do downloading
music. It's a pretty old album, wasn't a big seller even when it was still being made (almost said pressed then). And although
I have been able to get a copy without much effort for some time, it would have cost me more than I wanted to pay.
Been waiting for a cheap second hand one for a while and without the possibility of customs whacking a charge on top
of the inflated price as I've only been able to easily source physical copies from overseas vendors. So I was well happy
with £7.95 delivered, it will be here by Friday.

The band I was in went our separate ways at least 15 years ago and it was a few years old when we covered VIM,
but my god we must have played that song a few 100 times in rehearsals and stuff.

here's the other 3 on ebay. Including a pre order listing for a vinyl LP format re-issue due out on the 25 of this month.
Seems there's still some interest in this album yet. Thinking

The album is being reissued. I wanted CD format because I don't have a record player (any more) and buying a
"download" is just too far the other way for me. I'm too set in my ways to start buying "permissions" to play
music rather than actual physical copies of said music and there hasn't been a CD copy of this manufactured in
probably nearly 20 years. The amazon CD is in america, having been stung for customs payments twice on delivered
items recently, both times charges in excess of the cost of the actual item. Subsequently, I'm reluctant to buy from
overseas now. You end up waiting longer and there might well be a nice surcharge and of course a trip to the post
office counter to collect it, because the postman will always card us if there's excess charge to pay and withold my
shit until they get their money. Never been fond of using Amazon. My wife does but I don't really like the way the
listings are laid out so it's rarely my go to source for anything. I hugely prefer ebay.

Only if you get involved in iTunes. If you want I can upload it for you in lossless FLAC and MP3 so you have a backup.

Is that the same as a CD? Confused To be honest here I haven't a clue what any of that even means.
I'm going to stick to my 90's tech thanks.
