Its a worktop for my toolbox in the van, it will also allow me to fit a small vice.

I have been using an old kitchen worktop but its slightly too narrow.

EDIT

Nothing.

..well I got a 3.5mm stereo jack to 1/4" female adapter for £1.35 and after opening the packet I had to resolder the connection. Cost of my time+materials = £1.35.

With the amount of dogs being stolen I would probably have one if I still had a pooch.

Especially if it's a friendly dog.

A bit late, but there should be ways you can do it without the monthly bill - believe there's various free to use vehicle trackers that do similar things.

The tracker is on the collar rather than concealed in the dag. Sad

Not overtly so no.... Laughing She has a handful of humans she'll tolerate, luckily I'm one of them.

I can't help but think a trackable thing that goes under the skin like the ID chip would be a great idea for dogs and cats.
I'm sure the tech exists now where battery life isn't a problem but I expect it's a lot more than 40 odd quid. Maybe I've
spent too long playing Metal Gear Solid. Laughing I'm interested to see what her miles covered per walk vs mine are though,
this thing should give me that info.

Oh, and last thing bought. A fark orf great big gourmet burger, some chilli fries and some very well chilled draught IPA.

Just what I needed. Razz

Some new headlights for the S3.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07G972T2M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Connected them up and the halo ring is f'ing bright and will work well as a DRL. The dipped and full beam look brighter than the Osram nightbreakers that were in before, but I'll reserve final judgement on the effectiveness of the beam pattern until I take it out for a ride in the dark, although the cut off looks well defined and I don't foresee any issues with dazzling other drivers.
They also draw a lot less power than two 55w bulbs.
I guess I'll have to swap the halogen headlights back in for the MOT since the new rules came out, as they're rather obviously not OE.

Usually wine, mostly NZ Pinot Noir, but what's going on with Chateau Neuf du Pape lately? It used to be cheap, now it's £15-£20 a bottle.

The backup battery for Bike Trac lasts for up to 30 days so you'd need a way to plug your dog in to keep her fully charged. Laughing

Maybe I have been watching too much sci fi. Maybe we're not quite at the Total Recall level of tech just yet then. Crying or Very sad

It got better.
I expect the Men Who Do The Thinking down at Avignon decided to remove themselves out of the "Affordable to Oiks" range and back into the "Uncomfortably Expensive" department, where it always used to belong.

I stand corrected. Was £275 all inc. Laughing Had them fitted today while I sat in a nearby Waitrose cafe chugging lattes. Rode
straight home afterward as I had been out for quite long enough and the dog was home alone and overdue her walk. Dog
comes before bike. Tail tidy going on tomorrow then it's time to give it a damn good clean . Thumbs Up Will need to order a legal
numberplate soon, it's little Spack-Spacks first MOT this year. They grow up so fast.

A fleece lined neck buff which is extremely cosy and a second BikeTrac unit for the other bike. Got £50 off and 3 months free tracking for both units because I am already a customer. Noice! Getting it fitted this week.

On from I bought a Toilet brush post earlier. Well strangely enough a toilet brush was delivered to my door. I had ordered and received two toilet brushes. Then out of the blue this other one turned up. I'll sell it on ebay.

A Power PC based Mac Mini...

Yeah it sounds weird as they aren't supported any more... but MorphOS which is an evolution of the Amiga OS supports it. I plan to buy a copy of MorphOS so I can have a computer not dissimilar to a modern Amiga.

It's extremely niche, but its something I wanted to do for ages, and I got one cheap so... meh.
