I thought I was buying a steak bake (at an M&S garage).
Which turned out to be chicken.
Brick Wall Brick Wall Brick Wall

I got up early again and went all the bloody way to Bromley and back just now (the long way round due to there being some kind of bicycling race blocking off all the London river crossings right up to my junction ...)

... thereby necessitating the traversing of the Dartford Crossing. So having danced* my way through two miles of four-lanes crawling traffic on the way back, but what kept me going was the thought of that fine meat and gravy goodness of the steak bake in my rucksack pocket.

Fortunately I also bought a brace of chocolate eclairs one of which has already made me feel better about my lack of steak bake.

A robo mower

I don't cope well with heat and mowing at the moment is sooo uncomfortable.

So a good excuse to buy a new gadget.

Could have been worse. Could have been a scotch pie. Garage scotch pies are yuck.

By you lots are right sods!
Mine's new anyway and honestly I don't mind buying it - saves me doing his washing any more.
The best bit is I'm donating my living room seating which means I will now get something far better for myself.. or should I stay minimalist and keep a bike in the living room? Winter is coming and the bike might get cold in the shed.

Spanner to tighten up the steering head bearings on my scoot. Head shaking was cured on the way to work this morning, front brake is still pulsing though, so disc and pads next.

Our new car isn't using any more fuel than the last one did despite the new one having a larger engine and more
overall mass to lug about. Witchcraft I tell ye.

I would like a few guns to add to my collection of odd crap but I could only own deactivated ones and they're a ridiculous price.

Bought a new sign for the shop, it's one of those sequin ones, so when there is a breeze all the sequins shimmer, looks very nice.
