Personally, I have bought
* a new Type C cable for my phone
* a bluetooth earpiece which I have never owned before, so am trying to interpret the manual Laughing
* a set of Winnie the Pooh socks: 4 sets of plain black with either Eeyore, Pooh, Piglet, Tigger embroidered on each set. Cool I've always had a soft spot for Eeyore, with inappropriate bouts of Tiggerishness.
* a brace and a half of krispy kreme donuts (of which I snorted one before I even got back on the bike, I had one with a cup of tea, and I am indulging in an experiment with the last one about how well they freeze)
* A lot of sensible food to make up for ^^this^^
* some scented wax melts entitled "Pink Sugar" which smell incredibly girlie
* a bunch of other stuff, which was much more boring.

Ear Plugs - Flare Audio Isolate Pro

Recommended to me by Arry. Initially I was sceptical because they were designed for use with music and also because of the use of metal. Often think of metal being used to enhance sound and channel it to ears in other scenarios.

But they are brilliant!

I've tried various foam plugs and found 3M E.A.R Soft FX 39Db to be the most effective, but a faff to get it. Rolling then holding in waiting for foam to expand.
So for few years, just used 3M Tracer 32Db (Christmas Tree type). Much easier to get in/out quickly, but about half as effective as the foam ones.

The Isolate Pro are better than the 39Db foam, and as fast to get in as xmas tree type. On offer £20

Had a pair of UB in 2016, tried quite a few others since. None come any where near the same wet weather grip of the continental sole or comfort, and these should be equal.

I haven't go much experience of Lynx, really. ... naked pieces of Fisty flesh ... They always seem to smell the same ... naked pieces of Fisty flesh ... to me. I really should line up some chaps and make them all spray ... naked pieces of Fisty flesh ... a different scent on themselves, and I can go along the queue sniffing each one...

I'm surrounded by large trees that piss sap in the summer and crap leaves in the autumn.

So I've bought a new garden vac to hoover up and mulch the leaves.

My little yellow pedal arrived earlier. It think it has a time travel function because I went from 3.30 to 7pm at the click of a button. Confused
