2 of these:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B087LZRB9Z/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

And 2 tarantula spiderlings to put in them. Have to say these are absolutely perfect for the job, really impressed with the quality of them to be honest.

They're not being delivered until the 6th, but I've got a T. Schroederi and a B. Albiceps coming.

Very Happy

I got the wife a dashcam for Christmas; she'd been muttering about wanting one for a while.

Out of the box it wants to plug into the "cigarette lighter" (or whatever they call it these days) which means an unsightly cable. Hubby done fucked up again Sad Luckily there are some handy kits to hijack a fuse-panel connection. Ordered said kit Monday (Bank Holiday) and it turned up today Very Happy

Coincidentally, I did a bit of ultrasonic cleaning earlier.

Little tip for you.

Fill the bath with tap water, place items to be cleaned in a plastic bag with solution.

Seal/tie the bag and place it in the bath.

This saves cleanup effort, and reduces the amount of ultrasonic cleaning solution you use.

Today I bought a tube of ceramic grease for various surfaces of my RC car.
The gearbox hadn't been opened for 3 decades plus I don't think it had the correct grease in there anyway, there was certainly none on the cogs.

I keep threatening to buy Mrs bastard an ironing board cover to go with the ironing board we don't actually possess for crimbo or a birthday after she bought me a toolbox one year.....

(To explain, I refuse on principle to buy presents of stuff we need round the house.)

Recent talk of punctures has reminded me that CO2 canisters don’t hold much and I ought to have a pump stashed under the seat. The Rocky Creek Motopresser looked like the best.

Had a toddle around The Range, Lidl and Asda today.

Didn't see anything I fancied in The Range apart from a huge mirror I quite liked the look of but would struggle
to put anywhere right now.

Lidl yielded two pairs of Adidas "Runfalcon" trainers which were in their reduced section for £13.99 a pair. Don't need them right now
but couldn't not buy them at that price (I rarely buy any other brand of trainer) they can go under the bed for now.

Asda nearly convinced me to buy a 55inch Toshiba telly for £349 but I really would prefer a 65inch Samsung. So I
bought 4x620ml bottles of Hop House 13 instead for an altogether more reasonable 6 quid Laughing

Looks decent enough for most domestic tasks.
May I recommend a set of Irwin masonry drill bits.

I bought one of those tobacco rolling tins.

I've got an assortment of cigarette-rolling devices (those Rizla ones, like a cradle) - but none of them work terribly well, for various reasons, and the military type was sick of watching me mis-roll my spliffs into stupidly narrow at one end, so suggested I order one from ebay.

So instead of stupidly narrow, they are now perfectly round and tubular, but as I havent put enough tobacco in them, they are a bit loose.

Still works, though Cool Thumbs Up
wankered off me face Laughing

Thank you for the recommendation Thumbs Up
I think I’d prefer a plug-in big drill if I’m doing stuff into masonry.

Next on the shopping list is a petrol powered hedge cutters, that’s gonna cost a few pennies Shocked .
