Safe to say they are phenomenal. My collection so far has some high end models, 64audio tia fourte, UM MEST, KSE1200, bunch of stax gear etc and they all compromise in some way. The Odins do not. The bass is unlike anything I ever heard, so quick yet so deep. I am still in the honeymoon phase though. Laughing

I got them 2nd hand because.... Well you know why.

I am due to go and demo the Legend X at some point but I suspect they won't be worth having as well as the Odins.

Mate that is quite the collection! I am not in the same category of spender on gear Laughing needless to say I am a little jealous Embarassed

Three tins of brake cleaner for the price of one and a half. Ideal since I'm doing my brakes.

Erbauer 350w 1/2 sheet sander. £52.99 Screwfix

https://media.screwfix.com/is/image//ae235?src=ae235/518FX_P&$prodImageMedium$

I'm refinishing an old butchers block table and lent my last one of these to someone who has rather inconveniently 'lost' it. Thinking
Good bang for buck, low vibration, clip on filtration, hoover attachment and even comes with a nice canvas storage bag.

Gave the table some stick yesterday...
Very happy with the results.

I used to have 2 angle grinders, one with a guard for cutting and one without for sanding pads etc. The unguarded one died so naturally I started swapping between cutting and sanding duties on an unguarded grinder for about 5 months until last night it bit me. could have been a finger removal but i'll get away with a scar by the looks of it.

Today I bought another angle grinder with a guard....

An '04 Fireblade.

Going to be a bit weird after a five year lay-off, but nothing the 3½ hour ride home won't sort anyway. Cannot wait for next Tuesday to go and pick it up.

Very Happy

Online:
A couple of fancy mirrors, a three-wick candle in "Midnight Orchid", a duvet cover and a pair of sandals* - which were not technically bought, but which I used my placatory £50 ASDA voucher to order. Oh yeah, and an "ecru" coloured plastic-PVC jacket, which - in the film costume brief for the background/extras thing I did yesterday - I thought that they meant "light-coloured" when they just meant "summery-lightweight-fabric" jacket Brick Wall

And IRL : petrol for the Snarley, and one of those ham and cheese croissant things which I haven't had for OVER A YEAR. Even though it was half price because it was slightly dried out, it was still delicious.

*not actually arrived yet ...

Four boxes of Marks & Spencer Belgian Biscuit selections, to say thank you to the secretaries in my department who have been carrying a lot of my workload since last November, until I managed to get (almost) back up to speed.

Bless 'em. I know they've all been talking and bitching behind my back, but I also know that when I melted down, I let everything drop and they all had to take on a lot of crap until I got back up on my feet.

Well that's jolly well much more like it!
I did do that once myself, but after about a week of doing treadmill (which was okay with a reasonably supportive bra) but the static bicycle - fuck that for a game of soldiers, hated it!
I was swiftly back in the pool Laughing

Thinking could really do with starting that up again myself, soon Thinking
If only people would stop producing aerosol with greeblies in it.

Sort of bought sort of didn't.... Cashed in 22,000 Nectar points (£115) from my Ebay purchases over the years against a
Gas-lift Ottoman bed as I need more storage space, specifically for 2 guitars in flight cases which are residing in my wardrobe
atm. I had to top up the Nectar voucher by £65 as the bed was £179 full price. I've had one of these types of bed before and
they are very handy places to hide big flat things that get in the way otherwise.

Also I'm off out this evening to pick up a second hand leather sofa which I bagged for £25 using an auction snipe tool.
I really like the distressed/rustic look.
