hi. i have recently passed my test and got a 95 cbr600. i fitted a road and race oval micron to it and i want to remove the baffle. i drilled out the rivet but the baffle will not come out. any help would be great.

On a more serious note they may be tack welded in, try a bit of a long bar and give them a tap.

i tried using a extra large pair of waterpump pliers but all i did was bend the edge of the baffle.

My suggestion would be speak to Micron, or a bike shop about it, as it is designed and meant to be easily removable so they'll be able to tell you how, it won't be hard it's just a case of knowing what to do.
