Edited link as not safe for work. -stinkwheel

Iain has be banned for this post as per standing instructions from the site admin.

Two people that I am aware of have inadvertantly clicked this link in their work environment and I had to ask my boss for permission to do so. Anyone who thinks this is an overreaction should consider the possible consequences to others if they have been found to access adult content on their work computers.

@ Iain: I realise it is possible you didn't realise the link contained adult content. In any case, to appeal your ban you should sign up with a new user name and use it to contact the site admin by email to explain yourself. Initial bans are appealable, repeat bans are not.

Could have just edited the post Mr power tripper. You've essentially shat on a decent thread. Again.

I clicked it, saw was NSFW.

If you browse BCF at work and break your internet use terms doing so, clicking that link is bottom of your worries.

I viewed it here, closed it, no harm done. I'd like to know who whined about it so I can shit in their secret santa gift Thumbs Up

It is against the rules to post NSFW stuff in an otherwise SFW thread. I think it's reasonable to expect that a thread about secret Santa would be SFW.

Indeed, however editing the post would have been far easier and less cunt overlord.

I know of your dislike of Iain, however stinkcunt has been mega dong since getting the red button.

That said, I am a misanthropic arse and think many people are bastards.

To be fair, the treatment and punishment is consistent, I got banned for NSFW image in SFW thread, as have a few others.

He'll be back.

I get that, but simply remove the post and note that it was NSFW and they'll fuck you up next time.

No need to be so harsh overall.

Paddy, I know your bromance with Iain has blossomed into a full-blown brokeback scenario, but you seem to be overlooking the fact that he did do something that others have been banned for before now. It's not like the 'no NSFW' rule is a little-known thing.

Iain will be back.

I imagine a lot of people use BCF at work on breaks etc, but don't expect to click a link in a secret santa thread to find that! Laughing

I was one to complain. The link was clearly hidden, and in no way relevant. If it was a buttplug or something then sure, not a guy fucking himself with his own cock. It's a friendly secret santa thread with indications to put on the parcels if it's NSFW or not.

I opened it on an educational computer, expecting a stupid bike related joke gift, buttplug or sex guide, but no, an over the top LPW style thing in a friendly thread.

Plenty of other people got banned for less, and this was deliberately hidden to ensure people didn't know what was opened. He'll write a lovely apologetic email to korn and all will be well.

My work internet acceptable use is common to many large companies. I am allowed to browse forums as long as it doesn't impact my work, but grumble will see me dragged up in front of hr.

Mr wheel is enacting some clear rules in a consistent manner. This is a good thing

Point made I see Laughing

Had any of you clicked that little button that takes you to a users webpage on anything I'd posted within the past six months or so then you'd have been confronted with that. So, essentialy I broke the rules a few hundred times prior to getting a ban - theres some massive holes in the new politicly correct nobcat free moderating system. People ought to be doing work at work anyway - not playing on BCF Tut Tut

Suspect I now have a huge amount of arse kissing to do. Apologies to those who got themselves in any shit Thumbs Up

I must agree about Paddy and Iain being bum buddies and would like to add that i'm extremely jealous.

Still think they should delete post and warn first, easy to forget the whole of BCF isn't 'not safe for work' though I expect it to be as such
But then again I don't actually care, do whatever doesn't affect me 'cuz i'm a good boy

I understand that phoning Korn at 3am to discuss the matter is the traditional way of resolving issues such as this. Thumbs Up
