Hello all.

My bike seams to have got its self a case of the twitches. When getting a move on the front feels to light and twitchy as if you are pulling away from the lights a bit sharpish, but all the time.

Now from Aug 10 I have to come off the road for a while so would like to sort this out before I go to hospital.

On another note should a Dunlop 208r start melting from road ridding.

P.S. no i'm not a looney.

Any advise welcome as I know nowt when it comes to suspension settings and adjustment. If it helps Bike 2003 R6. Me 5'5" on a good day and 11 and a half stone. using standard suspension settings.

Regards

Andy

Hi, have you checked tyre pressures? Are the tyres in good condition etc?

The suspension settings /should/ be OK for your size and weight... Japanese test riders tend to be around your size.

I would say that tyres could be to blame, but I would also check wheel bearings and steering head bearings.

Should this be in the workshop? Smile

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Yes Mate

Every thing is fine. It's not dangerous just un-nerving.
